Isle of Eriskay Spirits Company does not hold a premises licence to sell alcohol.
All alcoholic products displayed on this website are sold, fulfilled, and dispatched by our licensed partner distillery:
Badachro Distilery
Premises Licence Holder under the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005
Isle of Eriskay Spirits Company acts as the brand owner and marketing agent only.
The contract for the sale of alcohol is formed between the customer and the licensed distillery at the point of dispatch.
Age Restriction & Verification
Alcohol may only be purchased by persons aged 18 or over.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
Our licensed fulfilment partners and couriers operate a Challenge 25 policy and may require valid photographic identification on delivery.
Alcohol will not be delivered to
Anyone under the age of 18
Anyone unable to provide valid ID
An alternative recipient who is under 18
If age verification fails, delivery will be refused and the order may be returned to the licensed seller. Delivery charges may not be refundable in these circumstances.
Ordering & Payment
Orders are placed through our website and payment is taken securely at checkout.
Payment processing is handled by trusted third-party providers. Isle of Eriskay Spirits Company does not store card details.
Orders are subject to acceptance by the licensed distillery. Orders may be refused or cancelled where required by law or where age verification requirements are not met.
Prices
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Prices may be amended at any time.
Delivery
Delivery is available within the United Kingdom only.
Orders are dispatched by courier directly from the licensed distillery. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only.
Consumer Cancellation Rights (Distance Selling)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, provided that:
The bottles are unopened
The original seal is intact
The product is returned in its original packaging
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.
Returned goods must be sent back within 14 days of cancellation.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
You may be required to provide photographic evidence.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any rights you are entitled to under UK consumer law.
